While all our decisions will be governed by fiscal responsibility we must look for opportunities to connect, communicate and create a stronger bond with the customer. Take the time to let them know we care, and that their business is appreciated.

Embrace and drive change by challenging the common assumptions that our organization and our industry has been built on. Continually strive for new and better ways to do things.

Pursue innovation and push the limits to find solutions. Exploring new ideas, identifying opportunities, assessing risks and taking action are not only desired, they are expected. Continuously find new ways to improve our value to our customers and our communities.

Say the hard things. Give feedback when you have it, even if it wasn’t asked for. Be clear, be concise, and be respectful to everyone we interact with.

Add to the sense of unity, common interest and purpose amongst all associates within the organization. See thoughtful dissent as contributory.

Be confident in your skills and the strengths within, and outside, the organization. While we can’t be, and never will be, all things to all people, we should be proud of what we do and continually look for ways we can do it even better.
